Glenapp Castle South Ayrshire 5 Red Stars, Relais & Chateaux Michelin Star, 4 AA Rosettes |
Glenapp Castle is a spectacular Scottish Baronial Castle set amid 36 acres of magnificent gardens and woodland on the beautiful Ayrshire Coast.
The castle was fully restored over six years and has now been open for 12 years.
As the highest rated hotel in Scotland, we offer internationally renowned standards of quality and service, as well as superb dining in our Michelin Star, Four AA Rosette restaurant. The castle has 17 bedrooms, including suites and master rooms.
Glenapp Castle is open to individual guests and groups from late March until 3rd January each year and is also available for exclusive use bookings during this time.
All of the bedrooms and public areas are handsomely furnished with personally chosen antiques and fine oil paintings and individually decorated to the highest standard in traditional style.
The two ‘Master Rooms’ are palatial in size, with highly ornate cornice-work and our suites have the benefit of a separate sitting room.
Our ground floor family suite has two connecting bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
All of the bedrooms at the castle are bright and sunny thanks to the tall and elegant Victorian windows and all rooms have luxurious traditionally appointed en suite facilities with toiletries by Penhaligon, as well as direct dial telephone, wireless broadband internet access (T-Mobile Hotspot) television, video, CD and DVD players.
